Nickelodeon To Show Sneak Peek Of New Show "Monsters Vs. Aliens" On Saturday 23rd March 2013, Straight After The 2013 KCAs!; To Fully Debut "Monsters Vs. Aliens" From Saturday 6th April 2013!

Breaking Nickelodeon News: The video game news website IGN is reporting that Nickelodeon has announced the Nick News that, to celebrate the Nickelodeon holding the Nickelodeon 2013 Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday 23rd March 2013 at the Galen Center at USC [University of Southern California] in Los Angeles, California, USA, Nickelodeon USA, also known as Nick, will be holding a half-hour special premiere of Nickelodeon and DreamWorks Animation's brand new CGI-animated series "Monsters vs. Aliens" straight after the live telecast of the 26th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, which will feature the M v A episode titled "Welcome to Area Fifty-Something"! In the special, all is well at Area Fifty-Something with Team Monster, until a lone alien imprisons the President and makes a permanent home on base.

After giving viewers and fans a special sneak peek preview of their new animated series, Nick USA will then start to premiere and show "Monsters vs. Aliens" regularly from Saturday 6th April 2013!

Monsters vs. Aliens – Inspired by DreamWorks Animation's 2009 blockbuster feature film ($383 million worldwide gross), this new series follows the further adventures of the beloved monsters -- B.O.B., the gelatinous blob without a brain; Link, the prehistoric fish-man; Dr. Cockroach, the half-man/half-insect mad scientist; and Susan (aka Ginormica), the incredible growing woman — as they learn to adapt to a new world filled with bizarre aliens. This series, which is greenlit for 26 episodes, marks the third partnership between Nickelodeon and DreamWorks Animation:

The hit animated film Monsters vs. Aliens is getting the TV show treatment, as Nickelodeon launches a new Monsters vs. Aliens ongoing animated series on Saturday, April 6th.

Prior to that, fans can get an early look at the series on March 23rd, when Nickelodeon airs a half-hour special premiere of the show, “Welcome to Area Fifty-Something,” right after the Kids’ Choice Awards. In the special, all is well at Area Fifty-Something with Team Monster, until a lone alien imprisons the President and makes a permanent home on base.
